Hello

I'm looking for a case for my new (first) gaming build. Nothing too pricey but nothing too cheap either. No focus on any RGB lighting. I'm all about that functionality. Quality too.

https://in.pcpartpicker.com/list/8HDLVY . This is the current build I'm working on. A friend of mine who has build some of his PC's is helping me.

Thanks

Solution

-EVOLV.
-Eclipse P400
-Enthoo Pro

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh that sounds really good. I am still at the looking for cheap sellers stage. What changes would you suggest?

How much would you say will quiteness affect the gaming experience? I've only had laptops before and never had to look into this

I went with https://www.amazon.in/Computer-Enthusiast-Gaming-Window-CASE-V05/dp/B01A7SHYGW/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1516207397 It does have a couple blue fans that aren't super-bright or distracting when gaming. They can easily be exchanged for some Noctuas. It has plenty of room as well. It can fit the Evo or Cryorig H7 orthe Noctua NH15. It can fit a 1080 Ti with more than a few inches to spare. It includes dust filters. There is room for 2 120/140mm fans up front and on top and a single exhaust fan on the back. The front fans and radiator bay fans can both be basically controlled with integrated hi/low/off switches. The bay is empty upon delivery. Those two fans are optional. It will also accept a 240mm radiator up there. I also added an extra fan to my Evo. That radiator bay was populated with fans so I removed one so that I could mount my GPU's AIO 120mm liquid cooler. Temps are pretty good

with 65-70F ambient temp.. Being in Texas I had to find something with plenty of airflow and the Titan has that.

When I have the side panel off its like someone whispering. The side-panel shuts that down. I have two fans on my Evo which means it can move the same amount of air as one with less noise. The 1080 Ti maxes out at 50C in my rig during benchmarking. And it's not close to loud or distracting. I actually raised my fan speeds as well so the Titan is pretty good at sound dampening.

Oh it gets plenty of use. :D

My file cabinet is mostly for storage these days. :)

I wouldn't pay for the wd black, you can get a decent m2 sdd + a 2 tb Toshiba drive for virtually the same money.

That enthoo evolv listed above is a cracking case with excellent preinstalled fans.

Not sure there's any sensible reason to spend any more money than that.
