You generally want your wattage to be ~80% of your PSU's rating. So for a system using 300W, you'd want a PSU of at least 375W. Gettign a PSU with more power than you need is OK, but you might save money by buying a cheaper one that still gives you the power you need.
And the 620w psu is also a 5 year old one so is it still worth buying? Its used of craigslist
I'd reccomend getting a new one if you can, since PSUs do deteriorate over time. And if your PSU dies, it can bring other components down with it. The PSU is something you shouldn't cheap out on.
