All the other threads regarding this issue was psu related but i don't think that's my problem.

So I was playing some pubg and when I started a game, my pc shut off just before I landed. Then the pc continually attempted to turn back on but just shut back down. With an orange light showing before the white light.

So I held the power button down to shut it off. Then when I turned it back on, the Dell logo showed on the monitor, but just stayed like that for several minutes before I shut it down manually. I then unplugged the psu and turned the switch off letting it sit for several minutes. Plugged it back in and tried starting it back up, but the the pc reverted back to just turning on and off with the orange light showing before the white. It doesn't stay on more than two seconds before shutting off then attempting to turn on again and won't stop until I turn it off manually.

Any help is greatly appreciated. I just hope a fix isn't going to be to pricey. Thanks.

Here's specs:
Dell Inspiron 3000 series 3847
CPU: Intel core i5-4460 3.2hz
Motherboard: Intel 88DT1 (Stock)
RAM: stock (8gb)
Video Card: MSI NVidia GeForce GTX 970 gaming 4g 4gb
Power Supply: Corsair CX750M bronze
Hard Drive: stock 1tb
SSD: Crucial BX300 240gb

Generalizing I'd say power supply and CPU are the next candidates. Did you ever try booting to BIOS? It sounds (sadly) like you CPU is not getting power from PS or the CPU is damaged.

Ok good. I pulled the graphics card and it still does the same thing. So my gpu isn't fried. What's the next step?

This mobile site doesn't give me a reply option. Even if I try desktop

Well the psu isn't that old and can handle way more than it does now. The fact that the pc attempts to turn back on shows it has power so my uneducated guess says the psu is fine. I could be wrong though.

I'm afraid you might be correct in saying it's the cpu.

How do I boot to bios if the pc won't turn on? Windows 10 os.

Right after you press the power key start pumping the bios key - could be <del> key, F10, F2, depends on mother board. Many mother boards will power up to the bios if the cpu is removed - but this is also mother board dependent. It sounds like you are stalling just before the cpu takes over from the mother board. Check your manual or google your PC to find the bios key.
