Yes but make sure it's a good quality unit, also you'll need a dedicated GPU as Ryzen 1600 doesn't have onboard graphics so no display.
It would be helpful to know the brand and model of the PSU - also, the power information label. For example, one 500W PSU might offer 480W available on the 12V rail(s), while another 500@ PSU might only offer a maximum of 410W on the 12V rail(s).

show that it can provide 504W on the 12V rail, easily enough power for your needs.
What I personally *don't* know is whether the VS series is a good PSU from Corsair or not. From what I understand, some Corsair models are decent quality, some aren't. I don't know the answer to that, so will defer to someone more knowledgeable than I.
