So we are running a small startup here in London and we have Telcom as internet provider.
Everything was working fine until 3 days ago, moment in which we started experiencing sudden spikes on our ping (which is currently making Slack to reconnect continuously, our apps to give errors, and websites to fail loading sometimes).
We have been in contact with their Engineers but so far they haven't been able to help us.
Our set up is like this:
- 2 Routers, one on each side of the office
- 3 Access points, one of which acts as master, connected to one of the 2 routers
What could possibly cause these spikes? We have tried to change to different channels, like 1, 6, 11 and it didn't show any kind of improvement.
