Which parts are good for a workstation PC?

My dad needs a new workstation PC which he will be mainly using for AutoCAD programs ( Mostly Civil ) and he asked me to help him choose the parts. I have built only gaming PCs and I have no idea what to pick... I don't think his budget is very big so I was thinking about a Ryzen 3 1200 as a CPU. I wasn't too sure about RAM since prices are very bad and also I don't know how much he will need. Any suggestions? The biggest problem probably is the GPU. There are very few choices in my county especially for Quadro GPUs. Would a Nvidia Quadro K610M 1GB DDR3 or maybe a NVIDIA QUADRO P400 2GB GDDR5 suit his needs? Mind that he said he will use it only for AutoCAD programs. Thanks in advance!

Solution
there are many Autocad programs and suits.
Generally, you don't need a quadro GPU. GTX will work just fine.
The CPU and RAM capacity choice also depends on the programs and size of projects.
It would be easier to recommend something meaningful if you provide his exact needs (Programs and purpose) and budget.
