My Hp Probook has Windows 7 Enterprise. It was once on a domain. I found a way to log into the local account but don't know the password. All attempts at safe mode and other F8 option have failed. System is hardwired to my network, and I can see the name, ip and mac address of this system. I just need a way to either access the files through the network, or bypass the username and password screen.

sorry tom's has rules against helping with such things. see the admin of the network the laptop came from to see if they can help you.

but it's against tom's rules for us to help with getting around passwords and other security measures.
