Your board has a 10Gb/s M2 slot that uses PCI-E 2.0. You need a full speed PCI-E 3.0 slot providing 32Gb/s to make full use of that drive.

The board is too old to use the drive at full speed.

I guess so, it way better than the old hard drive i had, it takes like 10-20 boot its amazing
