Is there anything I can do except for lowering the settings to improve the fps like a patch or a program?

No, PUBG is a brute force game right now. About the only thing you can do is throw as much performance at it as possible. Your 1050 will be the limiting factor here, 2gb is most workable at low settings in this game.

The optimization of PUBG is quite abyssmal but not as bad as Batman Arkham Knight during release.
You really need to lower quite a lot of settings including doing more stuffs to have playable fps.
G4560 not that great and GTX1050 is also not exactly strong...they are still not that bad
