Hello,

So this problem has started about 3 weeks ago. Before this I was getting a good FPS on all my games and no stuttering. Later on in the day it started. Every game I played was stuttering. The stuttering starts happening after about 10-15 mins of gameplay. I get high FPS, but it constantly drops down to 40-20 frames (Depending on game). I tryed windows recovery and that didn't work. I also reset windows fresh and that didn't help. Can anyone please help?!

Things I've Also Tried-

-Updated all my drivers.
-Replace my GPU.
-New Thermal Paste (Temps Fine)
-Defrag drive
-Overlock
-Checking Plugs In motherboard

Solution
I am sorry I missed you as your post is nearly a month old.

If stuttering starts after 10 or 15 minutes of game play then either a component is getting to hot or your power supply needs replaced.

To check for temperatures download HWiNFO64 [or 32 if your operating system is 32 bit], it is free. Run it while playing a game; when finished check the temperature of the CPU and video card [GPU].

If you are not having a temperature issue then replace the power supply, with a good one.

you can try the following to eliminate stuttering. your RAM is already good enough i thyink if its above 2400Mhz speed.
* adjust your OS virtual memory
* set to high priortity on your games .exe file in the Task Manager. or if you have a 3rd party software that can do that for you already.
* set OS powerplan to high performance. or if you do have a 3rd party software that has turbo/auto shift.
* set Nvidia card power to high.

@Marksavio I dont know how to change OS Memory, but everything else did not help. Also The stuttering starts happening after about 10-15 mins of gameplay.

I have the same problem but my temperatures are fine, also power supply was changed (except the cables) and problem still occurs. Less in less intensive game, and more in intensive games. Why?
