RAM problem (1 long and 2 short beeps)

Mobo: p5ql-em
Proci: Q9400
GPU: gtx 750ti
Ram: 4gb (mixed variant)

I recently bought (2) 2GB RAM from kingston with 1.8v DDR2 and as i was excited to put it and start, i heard a 3 beep sounds and nothing but beeps. Is thee any solutions for this

Tried:
Restart cmos
Overclocking
Im sure all slots are working fine
Checked proci
Checked gpu

But still no luck... Please help

Yes it does, but still cant use all 4 stick slots for 8GB... ive read that the 4 slots is just a crap design and can only use 2 slots...

my next solution is to overclock my system, but i cant find the right BIOS to do it, for the stock(updated) seems to have limited options

can you suggest good bios for overclocking?

You haven't answered the question. What is/are the part number(s) of the memory modules please? And please post memory part numbers in your next reply.

If the system can't run normally, then overclocking is not really an option as the system is not working properly.
