I think my computer is underperforming, anything to help me?

So lately I have noticed frame drops in my games and I don't know why. Games like csgo I used to get around 180 fps but now I have around 120 or lower. Warframe has been dropping into the twenties when there is a lot going on. This could be cause of my vram but Im no sure I didn't have this problem before or if I did it wasn't this apparent. And I have the newest drives installed for my gpu
Ryzen 7 1700 (3.8ghz) h100i
MSI gtx 1060 3gb (upgrading to a 1070ti when the prices drop)
16gbs ddr4 3200
500w psu evga bronze
500gb ssd
1tb hdd
Windows 10

Are the temps/usage okay?

Checked the temps while playing warframe the other day, CPU was sitting around 37 and gpu was around 45-50
Should I try to OC my gpu

Well, what about its CPU/GPU usage? How long have you had the computer?

Didn't check the usage, I just for the CPU in September and I have had the gpu for about a year and a half

Hmm, with msi afterburner, the place where it monitors the temps it can check the max usage of something maybe that could help?

It may be a vram issue, I'm not too sure. I don't think this would impact performance but I just went from a 21 inch to 27 inch

Yeah it could be but the best way to monitor that would be if you had a way to check the chart or something to check that

once the gpu prices go down and I can pick up a new card then I will be able to tell for sure. I don't have a spare gpu that I can use so I guess it's just a waiting game rn. Thanks for trying to help tho

Break in the case, so I saw that the gpu didn't have its fans spinning so I manually put them to 50 and it dropped from 50 to 30 and the performance increased dramatically. Which is awesome except once I turned off the computer and went back on, it went back to normal even tho the fans are now at 100% and it won't drop below 30 degrees. I don't know what happened, btw I was using afterburner

The hdmi cable is brand new and i dont think it would affect fps, and im not sure ill update now
