Will i be able to play Gta V,Pes 2016 and Wwe 2k16 Without lag and at what settings(High,Med,Low)

My specs :-

Motherboard:-EG31M V1.1
Ram:- 3gb
Processor:-Intel Pentium Dual Core E5400 2.7GHz
Gpu:- Gigabyte Geforce GT 710 2GB

No, most of those games will run into severe bottlenecks and may not even run due to how little RAM you have. Some of them might start but no matter what settings you play at, you will probably have frame issues. At 720p, lowest settings, you might get decent frames only on PES and WWE.

Your whole system is below min spec for all those games so no you can't play them.
