PC Powers on without use of on button but no operating system

Hi, my reasonably new pc has started acting up. The system automatically powers on when power is given to it. With the led strip flashing and the lights on my mousepad flashing. The cpu fan is running slowly but there is no post on the screen

unplug led strip and check the connector from front panel to motherboard if switch and reset are in as they should and not on reverse polarity .
