Can i run PUBG on these specs?
I3 2120
Asrock h61m dgs
4gb ram
Msi Rx 460 2gb ddr5 128 bit OC

Not enough ram, weak cpu, weak gpu. With 8gb of ram you might get 30fps from time to time but don't hope for it.

according to the games specs no:

OS: 64-bit Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10
Processor: Intel Core i3-4340 / AMD FX-6300
Memory: 6 GB RAM
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 2GB / AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB
DirectX: Version 11

your CPU is too weak and the game needs at least 6GB of ram.
