A flashing artifact on windows boot

Hi there! I have a nvidia gtx 770 OC and I am using a DVI-I to VGA adapter.At the windows boot I can see a small horizontal artifact flashing very fast(it just appears and disappears like in the video at sec 10 :
https://youtu.be/vvwIx4IoCqA) Should I be worried? I bought my GPU 6 months ago and I don't want to buy another one that fast! The temps are 35 degree idle and max 67 in full load.Please help me, what should I do?

I can't see the video atm (I'm at work so youtube is blocked by firewall) but is the artifact only present during startup? Is the card behaving normally otherwise, including during gaming? If during load its not present then I'd say its nothing to worry about.

I can see that artifact on every boot but not in the same spot.During gaming everything is normal but sometimes I can see some fast artifacts on my desktop for a second(very small horizontal lines that appear and disappear on the whole screen).You can't even see them if you are not close to the screen.otherwise everything is normal
