Changing the cabinet

Hello.

Last year I bought a MSI Nightblade and was quite happy with it but was always a little regretful about the small cabinet. So I've been thinking about buying a new cabinet (larger one) and move my components into that one but a friend of mine told me that it most likely has a ''mini-motherboard'' or something like that and that it might cause some problems when changing.

I've been trying to do some research about which of the MSI models I have, to check if it has a ''mini-motherboard'' but I can't find the correct model, so I was hoping that someone on this site would be able to find out if I have a small motherboard or not? And if I have, which motherboard should I purchase?

I can only provide some of the specs on my computer but that'll probably make the search easier:

GTX 1060 6GB
Intel i5 6400k
8GB RAM

NOTE: It's not one of the models with LED lighting.

There are several models of MSI Nightblade so it would help if you mentioned the exact model (M12, M13, MIN246US, etc.), but since you said "small cabinet" it's probably a Micro ATX case made for Micro ATX or Mini ITX motherboard... but whichever it is it will fit a ATX case either Mid or Full Tower case.

You can use HWiNFO to know the exact motherboard model and look it up online, or post the motherboard model here (as well as the MSI computer model) so we can find a full descritption of your computer.
