Intel (HD) being used over my graphics card.

Set up my RX560, but it doesn't seem to be being used. It's detected with device manager and it seems to be up to date. It's connected via DVI and I have windows 10. New to this so I'm not sure what else to include. When I use the AMD Radeon settings it doesn't have the same options as most of the videos I can find.

Are you even understanding what we are telling you?

You MUST plug your monitor into one of the video card outputs. If the cable on your monitor is different, and won't work on ANY of the outputs from your graphics card, then you will need to either get an adapter that will allow it to be plugged into it or use a different input style from your monitor if is has multiple input options. If it does not, you might need a different monitor in order to use that GPU card, although there are usually at least one type of adapter that can be used to adapt, for example, VGA to DVI-I or something similar.

Looks like most of the RX 560s only have DVI, HDMI and Displayport outputs, so you'll most likely need an adapter of some kind if your monitor...
Generally, when a PCIe graphics card is installed and the video outputs from that card are connected to the monitor that any game display is shown on, the integrated graphics are automatically disabled. This is not up for discussion, that's just the way it works.

You CAN try going into the bios and checking to see that any options related to graphics are set to PCI/PEG by default and/or disable the iGPU, but it really shouldn't matter. PCIe card installed and in use means iGPU is disabled by default on desktop systems. If it was a laptop, there are some other rules in play.

It's not being disable, I have GPU Tweak. I can see if it's being used. When I launch games it is running like ass and it says the RX560's GPU usage is at 0%. If I disable it midgame, there is no difference. It is not being prioritized. Hence the issue. In the bios I have no graphics options, there's literally nothing.

Thats literally not possible. If your monitor is connected to the RX 560's DVI port then if the GPU was at 0% then you would get no display. Please take a picture of the back of your PC showing the connections.

What version of the drivers are you using? If you haven't already you need to download the latest ones from AMD.com

Also whats the rest of your system specs?

I'm saying that Intel HD Graphics are being used instead of my graphics card. That's what I put in the title. My VGA is plugged into motherboard and using that. I'm using the drivers that came with the disc. I'm using a Dell Inspiron 6600. Processor is an Intel Core i5 3330. OS is Windows 10. Anything else you need?

Well, that's your problem. You can't plug the monitor INTO the motherboard and expect it to use the discreet PCIe graphics card. I specifically said the monitor needs to be plugged into the graphics card

when a PCIe graphics card is installed and the video outputs from that card are connected to the monitor that any game display is shown on, the integrated graphics are automatically disabled. This is not up for discussion, that's just the way it works.

Unplug your monitor from the motherboard and plug it into the outputs from your graphics card, and you will have no more problems. Simple as that.

You can't be plugged into the motherboard AND use the power of your graphics card. Doesn't work that way son.

There is no display if the VGA is unplugged.

If there is no display when your monitor is plugged into the graphics card then you have other problems. Why are you not plugged in to the gpu, do you not have the right cable, or is it just because it did not display.

Does your RX 560 require a power connection that you do not have? What is the exact model?

You MUST plug your monitor into one of the video card outputs. If the cable on your monitor is different, and won't work on ANY of the outputs from your graphics card, then you will need to either get an adapter that will allow it to be plugged into it or use a different input style from your monitor if is has multiple input options. Looks like most of the RX 560s only have DVI, HDMI and Displayport outputs, so you'll most likely need an adapter of some kind if your monitor only has VGA inputs on it. You can check the monitor to see if there are other inputs beside where the VGA cable runs to that can be used. That will require you to get a different cable if it does.

You also might need to plug in an extra power cable from the PSU to the graphics card, if your monitor does have one of those three inputs but it still does not work when trying to use them. Knowing exactly what the model numbers, EXACTLY, are for your monitor and graphics card would go a long way towards helping you figure out your problem, but you will never be able to use the graphics card by plugging your monitor into the motherboard. Cannot, and will not, ever happen.
