Amd Ryzen problem

Solution
J7ust checked my system same board but R3 1200 3.8GHz 1.2V and while stress testing if fluctuates between 1.200V & 1.184V using the reading from CPUZ and HWMonitor in the motherboard reading but in the HWmonitor CPU reading 1.188V, 1.1940 & 2.212V. When I stop stress testings all the reading go totally out of sych with each other. I don't know but I suspect none are totally accurate and it doesn't cause a problem, do you think its causing instability?
