well if you already have it , it will do
if not than buy at least TX 550w instead .

but as long as you will not be doing any serious overclocking you should be fine .
gtx 1070 consumes less than 200w even under heavy load (most of the time closer to 150w) .
rest of the system (including the processor) will consume 100w of power give or take a little .

gaming power consumtion of the entire system is 260w

however if you will do some additional overclocking
on the cpu and gpu it can easily jump over 300w even with gtx 1070
and that would not be good for cx 450w in the long run .
