The second I start my computer it starts refreshing like crazy, the problem started when I was watching netflix and I wanted to put my pc in sleep mode. Sleep mode didnt work then my fan got really noisy, I tried turning it off but it just put me in the login screen. I had to force turn it off for it to finally turn off. I then start my pc the next day and everything starts refreshing constantly. I cant turn my pc off properly, i cant run safe mode because its not turned off properly and i cant get an unusual shutdown. I use this laptop for my projects so i need solutions to get it fixed fast. Any ideas on how to fix this?
