You can find the memory that the manufacturer tested with that board here: https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-Z370-F-GAMING/HelpDesk_QVL/
Since those memory combinations are known to work with the motherboard, that list is a good place to start.

Btw I googled about i5 8600k on Intel site it shows DDR4 2666 ? And it also shows max no. Of memory channel 2? What does this means can't I plug 4 DDR4 ram sticks??
