Hey,
Specs: i5-760 2.8GHZ
GT730 2GB DDR5
8 RAM
ITE IT8720F
SAMSUNG HD103SJ
Age: 7
Problem: Last week my PC had random 5 sec blackouts which then the screen reappeared as shifted to the left (the start button was no on the right). This happened at first during gaming and then happened on web browsing. After restarting the PC it fixed the problem. So I started digging and saw Im having almost 95% disc faults from the RAM. So I upgraded the RAM to 8 GB (from 4) and my PC stabilized for a few days.
Then one day my PC did the same blackout only it didn't recover from it after restarting it. Now, I had random black striped on windows login and missing pixels on bios intro page. Going into safe mode and disabling the GPU driver fixed the problem and I could go back into normal mode. So I figured that's the GPU and I replaced it two days ago to GT 730. But, around 2 hours after installing I started getting random shut downs! The PC just shut downs itself and after a few sec delay just gets back on. I have downloaded SpeedFan and Open Hardware which showed nothing special / over heating...
So after spending 150$ on useless hardware, I still have a problem :(
After some shut downs the PC takes ages to load into windows and takes like 5 minutes after I enter my password of black screen with only mouse pointer, until it actually loads...
Any suggestions? :(

Im trying to get some used PSU for testing before rushing into buying a new one but it might take awhile.
Must it be the PSU? I ran some anti-viruses just inc case and they didn't find any including Malwarebytes.
Can it be caused from HDD failure? Don't think it's related but after every damn shutdown my desktop icons are changing (I do not shutdown the PC in between those shutdowns, so Im not sure its not related abnormal shutdown which doesn't save my 'new' icons order).
