Is my 300watt power supply too weak for i7-2600

Ok so heres the deal i have a pc with i7-2600 8 gigs of ram and 1050 ti the thing is that my charger psu or whatever it's called not too sure is 300 watts only when 1050ti is 75 watts and the cpu is suppoused to be 95 mine cpu is underclocked i think when i went to settings(bios) the cpu seems to be set for 65 watts i think this my decrease performance so can i get some help let's say do i need to upgrade the charger thingy do i need to set up the voltage
p.s (my cpu is underclocked with the voltage cuz i think there was some issue with my ram ghz being too low the cpu sets it up and the ram was diying then i think the guy i was buying my parts from reduced the cpu voltage
 
Solution
You should be OK with that PSU. It delivers 15Amps on each of the 2 12 volt rails. From what I can tell, it is an older unit and is no longer sold, and as PSU's ablility to deliver the rated power decreases over time, it may not be providing the rated wattage, but should be OK for your purposes as long as you are not overclocking the rig.
