I was playing GTA 5 and then it stopped working and a message on a blue screen said something like "): Your computer has an issue, please restart it." I pressed the restart button and it showed the bios. I checked the boot options and there was nothing to boot to. I checked the Sata management tab and it was not recognizing an ssd. I opened the case and the sata and power supply cords were in securely. I am guessing that it is dead. I am wondering if I can get all my data back, such as drivers and pictures if I get an HDD. And what is a reliable choice for an HDD under $110. Part list: https://pcpartpicker.com/builds/edit/?userbuild=zTpG3C

Your link goes to the partpicker login screen.

I would not replace a windows ssd with a hard drive.
Samsung evo is probably the best performing and most reliable of ssd devices.
You can find 240gb for your budget, and are not too far from 500gb.

You can buy a usb to sata adapter cable for not much to test your current drive.
You might be able to diagnose the problem using the ssd vendor diagnostic programs.

Part list:
CPU: i3 7100
GPU: ASUS 1060 3gb
SSD: Crucial MX300 275GB SSD
Memory: Ripjaws 2800 1x8 8GB
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-3 H270 RGB
Case: Azza Titan 240 Mid-Tower
PSU: Corsair CXM650

If your MX300 boot capability is the only fault, you might be able to recover data.
But, since it is not recognized by the bios, I would expect that there is no way to recover data at a reasonable cost.
There are some outfits that use forensic techniques to recover irreplaceable data files.
But, the process is very expensive.

The only important things I had were games on steam, but I think I can just download steam again and sign in to my profile, and ALOT of drivers and profile pictures. Plus the SSD still gets hot. I am wondering if the MOBO sata port is the problem. But the Windows Boot Manager still shows up but it can not boot to anything because there is nothing to boot to.
