Is it possible to have a co processor like a xeon phi with a gpu? one for display and the other for the coding? or would I be better off getting multiple co processors? or is it even possible?
It is possible. Whether you get any benefit from a Phi would depend on the software you are using. Very little commercial software will benefit from a Phi.

I would be using python 3.x or a similar coding language for artificial intellegence, neural networks, or machine learning. I'm not sure where I'll end up but I don't wanna go out and get 400 million cores and be only able to harness 2 cores. I just started my first semester in college so I've got time to wait it out. I know that tensorflow is widely used. But aside from that I don't know much about the field. Do you have any libraries of this type of data or any regularly updated resource pages? or any person who could help me better answer my questions?
