New HDD shows 0 byte size / Laptop without OS

I'm in a very sticky situation, I dropped my Lenovo Yoga 510 a couple of months ago and my HDD broke. I bought a new HDD "Seagate 1TB 2.5" HDD 1TB 7mm 5400RPM SATA 6Gb/s 128MB Cache 2.5inch ST1000LM048" and upon installing it on my laptop it didn't work. It shows as Disk 0 in cmd with 0 byte size and usage. I've tried booting SeaTools to no avail.

What else can I do?

You put in a new drive in the system, is this your boot drive or secondary drive? If boot drive, you need to run a Windows setup on it, if secondary, you need to create a new partition on it in disk manager.

Well, the hdd is my boot hdd so upon booting a windows USB it shows that my hdd has 0 bytes and I can't resume the setup.

Have you tried using Microsoft's Windows Media Creation Tool to create a bootable CD/USB stick for running the Windows installation to install it on the drive?
