So I recently purchased a EVGA Gtx 1070 8gb video card for my computer. I installed the card as you normally would and downloaded the latest drivers. However when I launch a game in full screen my monitor turns black and I have to turn it off and back on for the picture to come back. This also happens if I plug in my oculus except the screen stays black and I have to restart the whole computer. My motherboard is ASRock H97M anniversary, I have a 650w powersupply and my cpu is an intel i5-4460. I have installed and reinstalled the drivers for the card and updated my bios. I have no idea what else to do or what coild be causing the issue. Could it be a compatibility issue? Or maybe something to do with my monitor?
