Hey guys,

I’m looking to build a pc mainly to play lspdfr, the mod for gta v. Do you have any suggestions? I would like it to run well, above 60fps with the mod. My budget is around $1,000 including monitor, keyboard etc. Thanks for any help.

Solution
I don't really think that is going to happen that mod is poorly coded people that get steady 60 fps without it are getting drops to 30 or so with it running.
With the current price of video cards being so high needing everything your not going to get a really good PC.
Something like this in that price range is about the best you could do.
