I’ll cut to the chase. When the system is turned off, my mobo still has two lights on, one to indicate power and another for some sort of status thing. When I come somewhat close to the system, with the side panel off, I hear a small buzzing sound from the psu when the system is “shut down”. Is this normal?
PSU supposed to make small buzzing sound when System is off?

Actually that is quite normal with cheaper power supplies. If you ever plug in a dual port charger for your phones or tablets, you will here a slight buzzing sound. Or maybe it's just all the products in my house. Or my house.
