High CPU usage but Low GPU usage

When running games i am only using at most 15% of my GPU but using 100% of my CPU, which is causing me to get low fps. How do I use more of my GPU?

CPU: AMD A4-6300 APU
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 2gb

That cpu is way too old and probably worn down. Talking about tech. beside the age factor. The GPU is relatively new gen. Also depends on the games you play. Its time for you to consider upgrade, if you wanna game better.

Your CPU is working as hard as it can to give data to your GPU which is why the CPU is at 100%, but the CPU's fastest isnt good enough, hence why the GPU is only at a 15% load

Sometimes years of usage can deplete cpu performance in the long run unless maintained properly. Its not too significant or compulsory, but sometimes it can factor over time when multiplied by several years of usage...

That affects the voltage required to maintain a certain speed, as per your Overclockers link, the voltage will tend to increase over time, usually only noticeable on an OC. So no CPU's don't wear down such that they get slower with age, it's just a slow CPU. The toms link supports this as it talks about gate degradation, and frankly I don't what the howto site says, but it's talking about an external oscillator, which modern CPU's don't have, and it says it does wear down anyway.

And please tell me how to maintain the inside of a CPU, or do you want to stop digging and spread FUD?

And you completely bypassed the thermal and tim degradation factor. Maybe you need to take more time and understand it. I already said, its not compulsory and mandatory, but it does happen sometimes.

Just a thought but is your Monitor plugged into your GPU "the dedicated port" on the actual Video card? Have you disabled "onboard video" in your bios? If you haven't you should.
