First off, yes I have read through the troubleshooting guide here.

This is my second PC build ever. I have a Ryzen 5 1600, MSI B350 PC Mate, MSI GTX 1050ti, 16 gigs of kingston RAM, 1tb seagate hardrive and a 750 watt thermaltake powersupply.
I got all my components on the motherboard outside the case and when I went to turn it on nothing. No fans, no beeps, nothing. First I checked basic things, is RAM and Graphics card in, is the power supply plugged in right and on, front panel connector right etc. Then I slowly removed parts, tried every slot with ram, tried both in every slot individually, took out graphics card. Finally I reseated the cpu and still nothing. Then took the motherboard out of my old build to test the powersupply, it worked and POSTed just fine. Then I shorted out the headers to see if it was the power button on my case, still nothing. I am beginning to believe it to be a motherboard issue but I sure hope not. I have been at this for 3 days and I am starting to get sort of frustrated. Any help would be super appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Well, I think you answered your own question. If you followed the guide, reseated the RAM and CPU, double checked your connections, etc, then you are left with faulty hardware.

When you have zero power to a system like that it usually means you have a dead motherboard. If the CPU or RAM were the culprit you would see the system power on but fail to post. This would be accompanied by beeps (if you have a motherboard speaker installed) or an LED readout. Since you have no power at all then return the motherboard for a replacement.

Motherboard/PSU/1x stick of RAM/Graphics card.... Is all you need... If your Motherboard offers onboard video I'd go that route... Start with "Reset" and Power" headers verify the + and - are correct orientation all checks out.. I'd then move to the Motherboard Battery... Remove it....reinstall... no boot? Followed by "AUX" power headers... New Boards have Aux power headers requiring a 6 or 12 Pin header this board has one right next to PS2 Connecter. then I'd verify Ram...1 stick at a time... All this fails.. you have a bad board.

sounds like you did a bare bones build 'n' boot. If I misread your request for help and you didn't do a bare bones build, do that now. Pull your motherboard out of your case and lay on a hard, non conductive surface. Personally I like to use the motherboards anti-static bag on a table with the Mobo on top if it but any non-conductive surface will work in a pinch (wood, cardboard, glass, etc). And of course make sure you have all your parts plugged in (ram, PSU cable, HDD/SSD, RAM, video card, etc) This will rule out any motherboard shorts from the case or screws. If your PC doesn't boot up out of the case then your motherboard is likely toast and you'll need to return it or RMA it to the manufacturer if you can't return it.
