Did you do a clean install of Windows?
If so is it installed on a SSD or HDD?

Try downloading/installing the newest drivers/BIOS in the link I provided above, see if that improves performance. Also make sure you have the newest drivers or firmware for your SSD.

Also hopefully your not running a pirated version of Windows, recently had someone doing this and there system ran terribly due to possible viruses and malware.
