I'm looking for where to buy nvidia gpu's that are blower style, not open air, and not a 'reference' card. I have an x51 r2, so space is cramped and case cooling leave alot to be desired. I'd like a gtx 1050 ti, or gtx 1060 oc. Anyone know where to go to buy this style of nvidia gpu?

Blower style essentially = "reference"? Partners can take the reference/blower design, and throw their own branding on it..... but they're the same card.
I assume you're looking for something like an ASUS Turbo?

Regardless, right now is a horrible time to buy a GPU (excluding a 1050TI, although they're still overpriced).
I don't believe there are any 'blower' 1050TI's, but there are one or two "fanless" options out there....... I think in Europe only though:
