2 raids at the same time?

I have 4 250gb Samsung 850-evo drives, and I want to know if it is possible to run 2 drives in raid 0 and then run the other 2 drives in raid 1 backing up the raid 0 config. it is poorly worded, but I tried.

But why would you do this?

Actually, no.
2 x 250GB in RAID 0 = 500GB
2 x 250GB in RAID 1 = 250GB.

You can't use a 250GB space to back up a 500GB space.
