Dolby Digital compatible sound card with optical out needed

I have an Astro A50 headset that comes with the Mixamp TXD. So far I have just been connecting it up to my PC via USB and I feel I am not getting the most out of it. As my B350 Tomahawk motherboard does not have an optical out I am looking for recommendations on a sound card that can output Dolby Digital 7.1 or 5.1 via an optical out port, the Astro Mixamp has an optical input.

Hey Calvin, thanks for this! This card seems to have the features I need but but I notice that this is a budget card. I'm thinking that if I'm going to invest in a sound card I may as well get decent one. Could you recommend a mid to high end card?
