I am very unsure about what to upgrade on my rig. Here is my rig and then i will tell you what i need it for:
GPU: MSI GTX 1060
CPU:i5-4460 3.1Ghz
RAM:16GB
PSU:XILENCE 600W
HARD DRIVES: HDD 1TB SSD 120GB (windows and other files)
TRIPLE MONITOR SETUP:2X 60HZ 1MS Samsing S24D330 | ASUS VG248QE 24 144hz 1MS
Mouse/Keyboard : Razer Mamba TE/Razer ornata chroma
microphone:Neewer NW-800 (stand/power supply)
I am a youtuber/streamer,i just dont know what components of my rig are too old and which ones should i upgrade,i stream with obs and edit with sony vegas pro 14,streaming makes a small but noticable difference and i kinda lose the power of 144hz and my framerate drops slightly,so much that i cant play in 144hz (i do but in like 70-100fps depends on games)
i play Overwatch/PUBG/Rust/ and many more games, genneraly heavy load games that require a strong rig to run smoothly with good graphics.
This is just a thread i made to listen to what people think i should do with what i have mentioned,if you answered thank you kindly for your patience and mood to help :)

Definitely look for a second hand 4770 mate.

The reason being that come 2 or 3 years down the line if you want to upgrade the platform fully youll lose less money on it.

For instance your current 4460 you'll get $50-60 for absolute max because there are current cpu's on current sockets with the same performance or better for the $100 mark.

If you can get a 4770 for the sub $200 mark then after selling your i5 you've got a very very good & worthwhile upgrade for $140-150.

I forgot to mention the mb and gb yes i am sorry, gpu is 6gb and psu was my choice to replace too,its always at 99% load and generaly very heavy loaded, what would you recommend in a good price for gaming? i dont wanna spend more than 350 euros.

^ to be fair the xilence umits are all HEC as far as im aware.
Not amazing but theyre no system killer at the end of the day, think evga b1 quality .

Op - without spending stupendous amounts then an i7 4770,4770k,4790k is what you want to be putting in there.

The issue is finding one at the right price , even second hand they've held their value exceedingly well.

Yeah thats the problem,so you recommend me an amd right? will that affect my system like will i have to format or anything too advanced? i would like to use amd processors as i know they are much better than intel ones, but which one do you think will last for me?

I , I recommend you scour the second hand markets & find yourself an haswell i7 as cheap as possible.

Moving over to ryzen , you would just manage a ryzen 1400, b350 board & 8gb ram

& an i7 4770 would still be equal or better than that particular ryzen cpu.

so i can either buy the i7 so i just have to replace it? i dont wanna change mb or ram bcs the money needed will rise, money isnt the problem but i just dont wanna spend it all for a single cpu too early.and then i can buy a amd but i have to change the mb and ram,(also downgrade ram :0)
i can find the core cheap enough from a site,i really want a new one but i will go to second hand if the prices are too expensive
