Is my CPU overheating?

About 2 weeks ago a built a new system...

Intel - Core i7-8700 3.2GHz
CRYORIG - H7
ASRock Z370 Killer (fan speed set to performance, 3rd fastest speed)
Fractal Design - Define R5 Black Silent
Ambient room temperature is probably 20 degrees Celsius.
There is no cable issue inside, it's nice and clean.

I went with the aftermarket cooler because I heard the stock one wasn't great. After 2 weeks of using Core Temp to watch my CPU temps, here is what I'm seeing.

Idle Temps: 30ish degrees.
General Gaming: If I alt tab to check it's usually in the low to mid 50's. Afterwards the max temp is usually right at 70 degrees.
One time, after 3 straight hours of Assassin's Creed Origins, the max temp was 79 degrees (the only time I've ever seen it close to that high).

Core #2 definitely gets the hottest, but only by 4-5 degrees over the others.

I guess my general question is, are those reasonable temperatures, or do I need to do something about it?

I have space for 1 more 140mm fan up front, and I could remove some of the roof panels to let air out. I could also switch the fans to the case controller to run them at high while gaming. Worst case, I can try to re-seat the CRYORG. It was difficult to do and I might have pushed the arctic silver over to one side a bit.
