Witcher 3 not 60fps on ultra

So I think I have a capable enough PC to run Witcher 3 on ultra, as showed on benchmarks and youtube videos.
Im fine with playing on high however everyone runs it at ultra with the same specs as mine and getting higher FPS rates. FPS dont go above 55 in the open fields, havent even got to novigrad yet.. Any ideas? Hairworks off.

I5-7600k 3.8ghz
Geforce 1060 6gb Dual OC
8GB Ram
SSD

they could be tweaking settings some which is what you should do. ultra preset is absolutely horrible in basically every game. it's very inefficient and you will gain huge fps with what is not even a noticeable difference. many people put on ultra just so they can say it, but they can't actually see it. if you went on a game like witcher 3 and tweaked the settings, just very slightly on someones computer when they are not home. they go play the game and will not even be able to tell you changed a thing other than the fact they gained about 20% or more fps.
