Hello

So I've finally decided on my build after a month and now come to actually buying the components. The only problem is that it's a holy $3400 and I don't really have that kinda money just laying around. Can yall take a look at it and just suggest some changes that will preserve it's performance and functionality while reducing the cost? I know it's a lot to ask but I'm really happy with the build and it's exactly what I was aiming for but not what I'm willing to pay for.
The build in question is https://pcpartpicker.com/list/K6r9qk.

Help a brother out

Thanks

well for starters
* if you are only gaming in a 4k@75Hz, a i5-8600K and gtx1070 will save you lots of money
* you dont need to buy an extra noctua nt-h1. the cooler you are buying has one already but doesnt hurt to have extra paste
* do you really need the builtin wifi? mostly you will be wired to the ethernet cable. and its cheaper if you get a usb wifi adapter. any z370 board are top of the line. the msi boards are good enough.
* are you really noise sensitive? the case you have have decent fans.
* acer isnt my goto choice of monitors but i wont stop you

Imma let that monitor go then. Any suggestions for an alternative? The wifi is a must the router's not near my desk and I can't lose the speed. I thought the pro had average fans hence the replacement. I must have read wrong and since I'll be wearing headphones I don't think it'll be a big problem. Are you sure about the 1070 being enough
