Hello, I recently got a new motherboard to support Overclocking ( Asus P8Z77 V-LK ) and I was wondering if anyone could help me OC my i5 3570k.

Gtx 1060 6gb
Asus P8Z77 V-LK
Hyper 212 Evo
8gb ddr3
500w psu
If anyone could help me overclock it or give a link to a video or something that would be greatly appreciated.
( I have not yet swapped my new motherboard in ( planning on doing today ), Will i need to update bios or anything? )
