Overclocking Ryzen 3 1200 aida64 core voltage dont match BIOS Input

Am Overclocking Ryzen 3 1200 to 3700mhz at 1.25V (at Bios) but in Aida64 core voltage it shows at 1.296V and also at my windows system properties at say am at 3.09Ghz? Is it normal or should i set my core voltage to 1.30V at the bios? (and my cpu temp is around 52-54)

It depends mostly on the way you OC but voltages seem to be well within limits (1.425v) that AMD recommends and temps look fine.
Windows system properties are unreliable and don't show OC right.
Grab HW Info https://www.hwinfo.com/download.php as it's most reliable with Ryzen.
