Aftermarket cpu cooler or rgb mousepad? im stuck please help

I cant decide between aftermarket cpu cooler for my i5 4440 or rgb mousepad since i have a very cheap mouse pad but im not really sure which one i should buy.

My stock cpu cooler is 3 years old that came with cpu i5 4440.
When i gaming cpu temps between 50-60*c
When pc is idle its about 30-35*c

I am thinking of buying cpu cooler and they are
MSI Core Frozr L
Akasa Venom voodo
Are they good cpu cooler? do you have suggestion?

Your CPU runs cool; therefore the decision is relatively easy. The stock cooler usually lasts for a long time.

No one talks about getting an 'rgb mousepad' unless they really want one, so I think that's what you should get.
