Can I use xbox one wireless controller without adapter and no Bluetooth in pc?

You can get a bluetooth dongle for the PC (very cheap, plugs into USB and installs itself) and use it wirelessly, or use a USB charging cable to connect it.

the official adapter is only 25$, I use it and have no complaints, make sure to plug it in to usb3.0 if available it seems to make a difference in range
