currently I updated motherboard bios (asus H170-M plus) via online update methode with ez flash utility,is this correct? or i will face motherboard related problems?

You need to do it exactly how the manufacturer says to do it. Exactly, no deviations.
If that is one of their procedures, and it works, then no problem.
