Is there a disadvantage of running top fans as intake?

I build a fully custom loop 1-2 days ago with the shown config, but i was getting alot of negative air pressure, even when i set the top fans to their slowest speed of 5-600rpm (alltho at that point it was slighlty better, but still negative)

Case is Phanteks P400S
I had to swap the top fans from exhaust to intake to get positive pressure, they are dust filtered (I dont need 1/2 of my cat inside the case)

Understood. Note my previous comment, "Usually, front and side fans are intake. Top and rear fans are exhaust. All about air flow.".

You are not going to achieve optimal airflow with to many intakes and not enough exhaust. You want balanced flow for optimal cooling effectiveness.

Feel free to experiment and go with what you think works...

From your picture, the top fans are pulling hot air out of your case and exhausting it out the top, as they should be. They appear to be properly mounted exhaust fans.

Usually, front and side fans are intake. Top and rear fans are exhaust. All about air flow.
