1. Are these parts all compatible?
2. Is the psu sufficient for a good oc (e.g. 4.9ghz/5ghz cpu oc)?
3. Is the fan capable of cooling properly if I were to oc?
4. I've read a lot about the h115i stock fans not being sufficient. Is it okay if I replace them with the noctua fans? Will they work properly with the h115i?
5. Would it be worth replacing the rear stock case fan with a 120mm noctua fan?

Many thanks in advance.

Solution
Looks good to me, all compatible and such. PSU will be fine. If you are open to alternatives on the cooler, the NZXT Kraken X62 is also very good. In my experience, most quality fans are much the same. People run into noisy bearing problems with the $3 chinese knockoff varieties.
