So my issue issue is that my computer has been running games like Xenoverse 2, Skyrim, and PUBG fine for the past many months, but I then open my computer today and everything is now lagging like crazy. My desktop is lagging, youtube is stuttering, even google chrome is lagging, and the FPS in my games have been reduced significantly and I have no idea what is happening. I have made no settings changes since yesterday, and I've restarted my computer at least 4 times now to no avail. I have no clue what is happening and I've been trying to fix this issue all day, any help would be greatly appreciated.
