I wanna know if my current setup can handle a "Ichill gtx 1070 3x 8gb" in lenght and energy power?

Second questions is: This card is good? because i can buy it for 450 euros brand new...

Yes, you should be fine. The card is 302mm long and the case is designed for cards up to 315mm, so it will fit.
Your PSU is only just enough, however, being a Seasonic I'm more then happy that it's up to the job. The i5 6600k would be well matched with a GTX 1070, so again I don't see any issues there.

As for the card itself, I don't know much about "Ichill", you may want to look up reviews and see what others think of it.
