Hey Guys, I have a doubt..
Recently I got an MSI Geforce GTX 1050ti single fan edition.... My PC case is a prebuilt HP case (not a big one its an mt)
So while using the PC the idle temp of GPU is 30-40° and while
Gaming its around 72° on most games but in some games , like the witcher 3 it pushes up to 78°(that's just for 2sec ...mostly at 75-76° range) so my doubt is: Is this temperature normal ??? Or is my card overheating ???
Any help would be useful.....

It will make your PSU temp a bit higher than otherwise, but it's not something that I would be particularly worried about. Just make sure you have proper airflow in your case and that should be more than enough to mitigate the heat given off by the GPU.

For reference, a standard founder's edition card or single blower fan card would run in the low 80s, generally 83-85. A 2 fan card would probably run 65-70. 78 is a very acceptable temperature for any GPU.
